Water damage, condition reports, defects and interference with quiet enjoyment.
Your clients capture their proofs with the Scealia app. You receive a file of timestamped exhibits, intact and verifiable by the opposing party, together with a technical and legal explanatory note.
From your workspace, you send a request for exhibits to your client's email address. Your client finds it in their online account and attaches the proofs taken with the app.
Each photo, video or document is timestamped and sealed automatically, without Scealia accessing the content.
Numbered exhibits, a Word exhibit list and a note on the evidence; a link lets the opposing party verify each exhibit.
Each exhibit carries its SHA-256 fingerprint, its timestamp and, for Constat Scealia, a qualified electronic seal within the meaning of the eIDAS Regulation (presumptions under Articles 35 and 41; Articles 1366 and 1367 of the French Civil Code). The technical and legal explanatory note attached when sharing explains how it all works.
The opposing party verifies the exhibit on its own, on the public Polygon blockchain and with any independent signature validator. Neither the date nor the integrity can be seriously disputed.
Scealia never accesses the content of files in the clear. Sovereign hosting in France. Content is only transmitted at your initiative or your client's.
Your clients document the facts wherever they are, immediately. Ideal for the high volume of everyday evidence, where calling on a commissaire de justice (French judicial officer) would be disproportionate in cost or time.
An ordinary capture offers no foolproof date or integrity: editable metadata, editing or generation by AI, cropping, re-recording… Its authenticity can be challenged. Scealia seals its fingerprint on a public ledger; the date and integrity of the content then benefit from a presumption of validity throughout the European Union.
Scealia does not replace the commissaire de justice where a public and ministerial officer is required. At low cost, in a few clicks and with no third party or travel needed, Scealia covers the high volume of everyday evidence that a traditional commissaire de justice report cannot handle at scale.

This page presents a tool for building and transmitting digital proof; it is neither legal advice nor an offer of legal services. Scealia is not a law firm. The Scealia certificate is not a report drawn up by a commissaire de justice, and using Scealia does not guarantee any outcome in court: the evidentiary value of exhibits is assessed by the judge, at their sole discretion. The lawyer alone remains in charge of the evidence strategy and of the advice given to their client, in accordance with the essential principles of the profession.
